The full program is available to download on the website. Also attached is the Book of Abstracts. No printed copies [[entities/will|will]] be provided.
Presenters are reminded to bring their PowerPoints on a USB, and check-in with the AV Team at least 2hrs before their session start time. We will direct you from theregistration desk which will be open during program times Thursday-Saturday.
Thursday workshop attendees are asked to arrive 30mins before the start time. A reminder that these workshops required pre-registration and can still be booked by emailing us asap. Afternoon Tea will be provided.
The Welcome Reception will be at the Queens Wharf Hotel, for drinks and a light dinner from 5.00-7.00pm. Tickets were included in your registration. If possible, please pick-up your name badge at the Rydges Newcastle beforehand. Our registration desk will be open from 1.00-5.00pm.
Registration and coffee with our industry exhibitors is from 7.30-8.00am on Friday and 8.00-8.30am on Saturday on the ground floor of the Rydges Newcastle. The hotel is offering delegates a special rate of $29 p/d for all-day valet parking. Book on arrival and see their website for further hotel information.
The Conference Dinner will be held on Friday at Noah's on the Beach, 6.00pm to late. The theme is 'Sparkle and Soar' so get your sparkly glad rags ready to dance the night away! Tickets are still on sale for $99 until Thursday, please email us to purchase asap.
