Tissan

Tissan is a review initiative conducted by Bec that evaluates an organization’s artificial intelligence strategy and operational readiness. The review examined the organization’s AI masterplan and identified significant gaps between the strategic objectives outlined in planning documents and the actual capabilities available to implement them.

Infrastructure and Systems Assessment

The Tissan review revealed substantial constraints in the existing infrastructure supporting AI implementation across the organization. The assessment identified critical issues in the technical systems and tools available for deploying AI initiatives, indicating that current capabilities were insufficient to support the strategic ambitions outlined in the masterplan.

Implementation Challenges

Beyond infrastructure limitations, the review documented challenges with the proposal and tool systems used to manage AI projects and initiatives. These systemic obstacles presented barriers to translating strategic planning into executable work, suggesting that process and governance improvements would be necessary to close the gap between organizational goals and practical implementation capacity.
