• Agents (e.g., CoPilot Agents) perform actions like policy lookup and response generation.
• Autonomous agents are currently in preview mode.
• Example: Georgia Engel’s Microsoft 365 support agent (see Creating CoPilot Agents) responds in a friendly, helpful, collaborative tone.
