• Status: Autonomous agents in preview
• Example implementation: Georgia Engel’s Microsoft 365 support agent:
  • Assists with training and support for microsoft-365 applications
  • Answers FAQs and guides through common tasks/issues
  • Uses friendly, helpful, and collaborative tone with clear responses
