Ses One Intervention

The SES One Intervention is a digital health program consisting of educational modules focused on conflict recognition and resolution strategies. It was developed at the University of Copenhagen by SES Family, an organization with approximately 20 employees. The intervention addresses the practical challenge of digital health adoption, acknowledging what researchers term the “digital paradox”—the gap between people’s desire for digital health solutions and their actual willingness to engage with them.

Design and Implementation

The intervention features an interactive application with a deliberately simple layout, designed to facilitate user engagement and accessibility. The modular structure allows for flexible implementation and adaptation to different contexts and user needs related to conflict management and resolution.
